Springs
Since 1968 ZAO PPRZ has been one of the leading producers of various springs and spring-elastic components in the Russian Federation.
At present the Company produces springs of various designs:
- helical coiled spring
- conical coiled spring
- Belleville disc springs
- plate spring
Depending on the bearing force, the springs produced by ZAO PPRZ can be:
- compression springs
- tension springs
- torsion springs
- flexure springs
The springs are produced by hot coiling method.
The springs are manufactured form hot rolled round steel bars with special finish (turned and ground) according to GOST 14955—77, which excludes decarbonization of steel.
The main materials which are used to produce springs include GOST 9389—75 carbon spring steels and alloy spring steels of the following grades: 60S2G, 60S2A, 60S2KhA, 60S2KhFA meeting GOST 14959—79.
To improve resistance to corrosion the springs are covered with various protective coatings including base coatings, lacquers, enamels, and polymer based powdered coating.
The products of the Company are certified in GOST R system of Gosstandard of Russia; Certificate of conformity No POCC RU.MT25.B16787 of 20.09.2010.
Quality Management System of the Company is certified by BVQI, the international certification body, and from 01.08.2006 it meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management systems – Requirements international standard.
